Mike was on time for the estimate, explained everything very clearly, took care of me very quickly because I had a leak, kept me informed of the progress and documented all phases of the job with pictures since I couldn't be there when the job was done. It was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up after the job was done--the only way I knew they were here was the new roof and the pictures) Overall probably the best experience I've had with work being done in or on my home.

I was very satisfied with the initial visit by Mike from shingleme. He explained in detail what will be performed in removing old roof and replacing with new. Mike brought samples of all materials that would be used in the new roof so you knew exactly the products being used. the roofers came the day scheduled. My property was protected and when finished was just as clean as before they started. Great job!

Mike, the owner, was on time for the job with his crew, answered all our questions and did the job very nicely. He personally rebuilt our old crumbling chimney and used quality material. His crew cleaned up around the house efficiently, particularly looking for any stray nails, as I had requested. I will make another review in about two years, should I need to contact them for whatever reason. Very pleased!

Mike evaluated what needed to be done with my roof & gave me an estimate. He explained the whole process & also showed me all the materials that was going to be used for the roofing project. I was impressed by this, as I had no knowledge what was involved in replacing my roof. Everything was completed in one day. I would recommend him & was very satisfied.
